            Vibration machines are a great an effective complement to add to your existing workout regime. They can be used to provide whole body vibration, which has a huge amount of fitness and medical benefits. Russian scientists were the ones to actually discover that these vibration machines provide many health benefits such as: increased bone density, strengthened muscle tissue and more.

Vibration Training works by transferring energy to the body. This transfer of energy causes rapid muscle contractions. The vibration machine will cause nearly all of your muscles to tighten at the same time (when set to the right frequency). The machine also increases the production of regenerating and repairing hormones, improves circulation, strengthens bone tissue, improves lymph drainage and increases the basal metabolic rate. Vibration Training results in: increased strength, increased speed, improved stamina, rapid muscle and tissue recovery, increased flexibility, increased mobility, increased coordination, fat reduction, lower cortisol production and lower amounts of cellulite.

In order for vibration machines to be effective they only need to be used for between 10-15 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. You can perform an exercise on it or even stand on it passively while following the built in program to see results.
