3 rounds; repetition based: 15 repetitions per exercise (with the exception of jump rope DOUBLE to 30 repetitions)
1. Kettlebell upright row
2. Jump rope
3. Reverse lunge with front kick
4.trx suspended crunch
5. Skater lunges
6. Cross body standing crunch
7. dumbbell triceps kickback
8. Everyone’s favorite BURPEES! End strong!
