EMT workout 8/22

3 sets of 10 reps, 30 second rest between each set and 1 minute between each station. Have fun!!


  1. Push-ups w/ 1 hand on little box
  2. YTIs on stability ball
  3. Dumbbell punches- 10 reps switch arms immediately
  4. Bicep curl to overhead press- Both arms at the same time
  5. Lat pull down with resistance band
  6. Bent-over rows with dumbbell
  7. Dips on the bench
  8. Flies with dumbbell
