Slalom Jumps

Slalom Jumps

1. Clear an area large enough for this exercise; it requires an ample amount of space. You will also need to create (using a jump rope or tape) or imagine a line on the floor that will act as a barrier for this exercise.

2. Begin by standing with both feet to together on one side of the line.

3. Jump laterally over the barrier, landing with both feet together in a position similar to the beginning stance.

4. Upon landing, immediately propel yourself back over the barrier, landing where you began.

5. For increased difficulty, jump with one leg or jump over a barrier with a significant height, such as a cone.
