Dark chocolate: it can be good for you!

– Studies show that eating a small amount of dark chocolate 2 to 3 times a week could help lower your blood pressure. It improves blood flow and may prevent the formation of blood clots. It may also help prevent arteriosclerosis.

– It increases blood flow to your brain as well as your heart thus improving cognitive function. There is the possibility of dark chocolate reducing your risk of stroke as well.
3. It releases endorphins that make you feel happier!
4. It keeps blood vessels healthy and keeps your circulation unimpaired!
5. It is full of antioxidants!
6. It is high in vitamins and minerals like potassium, copper, magnesium, and iron!

So don’t be afraid to indulge now and then with a little dark chocolate treat! Remember, just keep it moderate.
